This is the timeline I created to show my personal opinion in the most significant advances in technology in communication. I think that one of the greatest advances is the invention and improvement of the internet. For example, the APARNET which was produced and developed by the US military was the first the world would ever see of the internet. This system would allow the sending of information through coding on a simple early computer. Since then companies like Microsoft and Apple have made improvements to make it more accessible to the world. Now, we can see that the internet has become one of the vital tools that the world needs and cant live without. It allows anyone in the world to retrieve any information form anywhere through computers or android devices. Websites like Facebook make it simple for the third of the population of the planet to instantly chat, share and play with each other. Making it a vital asset to the population.
